My name is Jackie Campbell, and I live aboard full-time, blue-water cruising to wherever the wind takes us. It's the kind of life where the health of what's beneath the hull, the water, the land we visit, the communities we pass through, is not an abstract concern.
The work you've chosen matters to me.
The problems you've given your working life to are not simple, and you are not a simple businesswoman. You operate in one of the most complex commercial landscapes on the planet, in spaces the market was never designed to make easy.
I can't do what you do.
But I can help you keep doing it.
Your work, your way, for as long as it needs doing, without running out of road before it's finished, and without it consuming the life you actually want.
If this feels like the conversation you've been waiting for,
At the Helm is where we start.
The whole Anchor, Align, and Amplify framework. Live, with real application and time to think. Nothing held back.

You'll leave understanding why your business feels the way it does today, with a practical framework to help you identify what needs to change as your business continues to evolve.
At the end I'll tell you about the At the Helm Implementation Programme, for anyone who'd like support implementing what we've covered. That's it.
If nothing changes, the drift continues. Not dramatically, just steadily in the direction of whatever is loudest on the desk that day.

Australian Bee Company
"I just couldn't get new people to buy our raw honey, so I assumed I needed a new marketing strategy.
I left understanding that bits of my business just didn't work for me anymore, so I was ignoring them. That sounds like a big thing, but Jackie made it feel completely normal, like she'd seen it a hundred times before and knew exactly how to help.
I honestly can't believe I spent two years trying to fix the wrong thing."

Leaf Bean Machine
"Honestly? I registered for the webinar thinking it probably wasn't for me, particularly since it's 3hrs! but I was so over feeling crappy about wanting something different I thought 'Why not' ? 12 mins in I was taking notes, an hour in I was hooked. The way Jackie talks about why established women get stuck wasn't generic business advice, I'm sure she'd been stalking me.
I signed up for the programme before it was done. I'm loving it!"

Rose Knows Bookkeeping
“I have done a lot of business programs. I kept signing up hoping one of them would help me figure out who I wanted to work with, trying to be a bookkeeper for everyone was exhausting. This is the first one where I had real stuff to show for the work I was doing.
My niche is clear - mission-driven organizations... and finally I know what my story is and how to tell it in my own words. The six weeks went fast, the results didn't”
This workshop is for established women running businesses built around genuine environmental conviction — ocean health, regenerative land, clean supply chains, circular economy, and everything in between. Women who have built something real and are feeling the gap between who they are now and what the business currently reflects. It is not for women who are just starting out, looking for a business idea, or wanting a quick marketing fix. If you're not sure whether it's right for you, the Business Fit Quiz is a good place to start. You can find the quiz HERE
Yes. It's live, and I'll be there in real time. Not a pre-recorded session dressed up as something it isn't. I teach it, I show up for it, and I work through real questions from the room as they come.
Because the Anchor, Align, Amplify framework deserves more than a rushed hour-long highlight reel.Three hours gives you enough space to think, not just absorb information, but sit with it, apply it to your own business, and leave with something useful rather than a pile of homework you'll never get to. The goal is to finish the session with ideas to move forward with, not more things on your to-do list.
Very. The quiz gave you your scores and a sense of where things sit. At the Helm is where you see the whole framework, understand how your scores interact, and work out exactly what to do with what you now know. The quiz starts the conversation. At the Helm gives you the framework behind the answers.
Then you're probably exactly who I built this workshop for. At the Helm isn't about fixing a failing business. It's for women whose businesses are working, but no longer fully reflect the woman they've become or the impact they want to have. A successful business and an aligned business aren't always the same thing.
No, and that's intentional. Every business in the room is different, and a fill-in-the-blank workbook would just be a way of avoiding the thinking that actually needs to happen. The framework gives you a structure to think with, not a recipe to follow. You know your business better than anyone. What you'll leave with is a bunch of ideas to move it forward on your own terms.
Absolutely. There's time built in for questions, so if something comes up — bring it. That's what the small group is for. If you want more support afterwards, that's exactly what the implementation programme is for.
No. I record the session for my own reference, but it won't be sent out. The women in the room share openly because they know what they say stays there, and I want to keep it that way.
Yes. At the end I'll invite women who'd like support implementing the framework to join the At the Helm Implementation Programme.
If that's not you, that's completely okay. This workshop stands on its own.

Something I want you to know before you register.
This workshop was built for women who have already done a lot. Who have built something real, and kept it going through markets that were never designed to make this work easy. Who care deeply about what happens to the work, not just what happens to the revenue.
I'm not here to tell you what your business should look like. I don't know your business the way you do. What I can do is give you a framework clear enough to see exactly where you are, and spacious enough to let you decide what to do about it, on your own terms.
There are only 20 places because the room matters. The conversations matter. The women in it matter.
You'll be in it with women who share your conviction and your complexity. That's not accidental.
If this feels like the right place to start, I'd love to have you there.
Jackie
